To help us minimize returns and their challenges, we kindly ask that you read our Returns Policy thoroughly before making your purchase. This ensures that you are well-informed and helps us continue serving you with the dedication and personalized attention you deserve.

Return Policy & Information Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review the following refund and return policies thoroughly. Should you have additional questions, our team is eager to assist at glacialpleasures@gmail.com or through our Contact page. Remember to include your order number and date of purchase.  Returns & Exchanges Given the unique and artistic nature of our products, variations in color, size, weight, along with natural imperfections are to be expected and celebrated. Generally, we do not offer returns or exchanges; however, we evaluate exceptions on an individual basis. If you wish to discuss a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at glacialpleasures@gmail.com. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We aim to facilitate your request with store credit or an exchange. For all orders, return labels can be provided at the customer's expense. A restocking fee of $4.99 USD applies to all returns and exchanges. Prior authorization is required for all returns, without which we cannot proceed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing Returns Upon the return of your item, our team will conduct an inspection. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to complete. Damaged or Incorrect Items In cases of defective items or receipt of the wrong product, contact us at glacialpleasures@gmail.com within the first 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We are committed to resolving such matters promptly. Non-Returnable Items Please note, items purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned. Refunds We provide store credit in lieu of refunds. Take comfort in knowing store credits do not expire and can be utilized at any time convenient to you. Order Cancellation Although we cannot guarantee cancellation for every order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible at glacialpleasures@gmail.com with your order details. Should we be able to accommodate your request, a store credit will be issued. Please wait for our response before placing another order. Once an order is processed by our team, it cannot be canceled. Discount Codes Ensure all discount codes are applied during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts or issue credits if a code was forgotten. Discount codes are still valid for future purchases within their validity period. Shipping to Strict Countries We are aware of the strict customs regulations in certain countries regarding sexual products. To ease customs clearance and minimize the risk of confiscation, we omit branding and promotional materials in such shipments. Orders to these countries are made at the customer’s risk, with no refunds provided for confiscated parcels. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Shipping Policy & Information Where do we ship from? We currently ship within the US from this website, from our local shop located in Denver, Colorado. Delivery Times All our orders are typically shipped within 3-6 business days of receiving the order. Business days are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm mst Standard: Allow 3-5 business days for delivery once dispatched. Please note that choosing express postage refers to the shipping method and does not mean immediate dispatch. Discreet Packaging & Purchasing Your privacy is important to us. We use discreet packaging without any external branding. All parcels will display “Jeffrey Creations” as the sender. We declare all of our glass products as “Glass Art”
